How do I unlink the Card Bank Account to my Device?

Card Bank Inc., a microfinance institution, has an application named Card Bank konek2CARD that can be downloaded from the Play Store. This application helps Card Bank clients to access limited information about their accounts and deposits. Clients can transfer funds, pay bills, purchase mobile load, and make payments towards their pledge savings from anywhere. Similar to other financial services, this application requires access to media, location, and phone details for security purposes. When you register your Card Bank account on this phone or even just log in, it becomes permanently linked to your card bank account as a security measure, allowing only one phone per account.
However, what should you do if someone uses your phone to log in to their Card Bank Konek2Card account? How can you properly unlink your phone from the card bank account that does not to you?

The things that you can do:

Contact a Customer Service Representative through email or phone number.

Before calling the customer service of Card Bank Inc., make sure to prepare your CIF and CID numbers. The Customer Service Representative will ask for your personal information, such as mobile phone model, mobile number, complete name, birth date, and CIF or CID number.

Ensure that your friends or anyone who has Card Bank accounts linked to your phone knows the details of your mobile phone, such as the phone's name and model, which can be found in the "About Phone" section of the phone settings.

Once you have provided all the necessary details and information, your phone will be unlinked from the previous account associated with it, allowing you to log in to your own Konek2Card account.
